The Net Promoter Score (NPS) – Better Than Nothing, Isn’t It?

Jared Spool wrote a few days ago an interesting, funny and critical article about the Net Promoter Score (NPS). A must read that points out the many issues of the widely used metric. A great reminder for how often we use things in a lemming like way without discussing the potential downsides of our methods. It makes me wonder, why did I use the NPS myself?
